“STORYTELLING”
Life is full of events, sometimes momentous, sometimes trifling, but mostly random. Storytelling is humankind’s way of interpreting events, by connecting them and making sense of them. A beginning, a middle and an end. A rationale, a message, and a moral. A significance of some sort.
The Right Angle Journal is asking our contributors —architects, builders, clients, designers, scholars, do-it-yourselfers—to send us stories about an architectural experience. It might be a tale from the trenches of architectural practice, or a story about constructing, buying, or visiting a building or a space. Maybe it’s a story that a building might tell, if it could. If you can’t think of a true story, feel free to invent one.
Selected stories (500–2,000 words) will be published in our April issue.
The deadline for submissions is March 21st 2025.
